I’m told I should think of one thing everyday I’m thankful for. Today its my pair of large black sunglasses. I can be out in public shopping, walking or on the bus and i can be in tears. No one knows – unless I’m having a proper sob, but I try to save those for the bathroom floor 🙂

Husband left me 
I was a kitchen floor person, myself. Or in the car, in a parking lot for the “proper sobs.” . The sunglasses are a big help, though. Also because a lot of crying makes the eyes sensitive, at least it did to me.
Not making light of this. I just want you to know people understand. Hugs.
I also have the big, black sunglasses. Great for tears, tired eyes, and going out w/o makeup. Hugs.
